AFCEA Central Florida organizes around 16 events annually, all actively seeking sponsorships. Throughout a standard event season, we showcase over 20 government speakers and attract nearly 2,000 registrants.
The chapter engages in a target-rich environment, interacting with the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and other federal agencies. Our event topics, formats, and locations create an ideal setting for networking and business opportunities. Event sponsors enjoy advantages such as logo, brand recognition, and complimentary event tickets. Companies that contract multiple sponsorship packages receive additional discounts.

- 3 seats located beside the head table.

Raffle Sponsorship – $300
- Company representative and company name announced as raffle sponsor.
- Your company representative will pick the raffle ticket(s).
- Photograph with the winner and shared on our LinkedIn page.
- Raffle items can include but are not limited to:

CORPORATE LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIPS
- A guaranteed seat to hear the most relevant military officers & SES executives brief on the programs and opportunities they oversee (advance registration required)
- Corporate logo included on select email promotions to over 1,000 government, industry management, and IT professionals.
- Sponsorship announcement via AFCEA Central Florida social media platforms to over 1,000 government, industry management, and IT professionals.
- Advance notification of AFCEA Central Florida events and sponsorships (golf tournaments, bowling, etc.)
The annual sponsorship cycle begins in January and ends the following January. Sponsorship fees are pro-rated for periods less than a full year, with renewals occurring in January of each subsequent year.
